Each region of Türkiye features its own types of dishes and culinary traditions. It has a diverse gastronomic heritage at all its four corners; however, some cities stand out the most with their traditional, unique, and delicious recipes that make you crave more.

Established in 2004 to support creativity and the continuity of world tastes, UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) lists Gaziantep, Hatay, and Afyonkarahisar to ensure these cities' original tastes and recipes are protected and passed down to the next generations.
